Objective
YouMail is a free cell phone voice mail service. YouMail provided a a unique voice mail service for your cellphone. INK took their message to local and national media highlighting the service and its features.
Strategy / Tactics
INK focused on YouMail's “DitchMail” feature—one that allowed you to create a ‘don’t ever call me again’ outgoing message for particular people who try to leave voice mails on customers’ cell phones.
